Old Union Church

At Old Union Church we have age group specific Bible Study groups and we have groups that are open to any age. You may have try more than one to find the one that best meets your spiritual needs.
[b]On Sunday Morning Bible Study groups are built up to meet different age group needs. Such as:[/b]
Senior Adult Group - Looks at the Word of God for the individual that might be retired. (John L. Davidson, Leader)
Adult Group - This group considers current life issues in light of the word of God. (Brad Thomas, Leader)
Senior High Youth Group - High School Students need the Bible more than ever to help them meet life issues. (Tyler Davis, Leader)
Junior High Youth Group - Major changes are happening to this age group and The Bible prepares them. (Jennifer Lepper, Leader)
Children's Group - Getting the foundation built right even for spiritual matters is important. (Phil & Judy Gulley, Leaders)

On Sunday Afternoon there is presently three Bible Study groups and they meet each at 7:00 pm:
Bible Study & Singing - Open to all ages and combines music and Study of God's Word. (Meets in fellowship hall and led by Pastor Andreanopoulos)
Bible for Children - Mary Wright is looking for families interested in their small children to be a part of a group that would meet at the church.
Bible Study for Junior Hi - Meets at Home of Dave West in Jamestown.
Bible Study for Senior Hi - Meets at the home of Pastor Spanburg in Jamestown.

On Wednesday evening there are presently two groups that both meet at the church facilities:
Oasis Rally Time - Any and all youth coming together for fun, games, and current life issues addressed from the Bible. (Pastor Spanburg, Leader)
Food & Bible Fellowship - Open discussions on the Bible and Life Issues (Brad Thomas & Rick Neal, Leaders)

On Thursday evenings Pastor Andreanopoulos Leads a ten (10) week series on Basics of the Christian Faith. Learning what being saved means, learning how to pray, how to develop daily devotional time, how to prepare for worship, how to get into studing the bible, what is baptism, communion, etc. This group is closed to new students once the group begins the series but is open to signup for the next series.
